When you have selected the hamper or gift you wish to purchase featured on this website, the delivery charge will be added to the value of your order depending on the delivery destination. We currently offer free delivery within the UK.
Orders to be delivered to the EU and all other countries worldwide are liable for full delivery charges, which vary dependent on item and country, and charged at the point of ordering. The St Andrews Hamper Company/Rory & Ruby Adventures is not liable for any additional charges including but not limited to VAT, customs duties and courier handling charges within the country of destination.
NB: Please note that the recipient may be liable to pay any and all such taxes, duties and charges once the gift arrives in the country of destination and before delivery can be completed by the courier or the parcel picked up from an alternative location. When you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. We ship to anywhere in the world and aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days. If there's going to be a delay in dispatching your order we'll let know as soon as possible. If a product has become unavailable we'll let you know immediately and fully refund your payment.
We take care packing our products so they arrive in great condition. If you're in a rush for your order, or you have any questions about shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
We hope you love the luxury gift you have chosen. If you aren't happy for any reason, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided the item returned is in its original and unused condition with all tags attached and with all original packing.
To make a return, please notify us in advance of why you wish to return the item/s and if you wish a replacement.

If your order/gift has arrived damaged in any way, in order for us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email and send us detailed photos at email@example.com
Once we receive the return, we will send you an email to confirm arrival and will process an exchange or refund within 5 working days. Any refund will cover the full cost you paid for the returned item and will be made using your original payment method. Please note that your refund will only include the cost of the original delivery you paid if you are returning the item due to a fault in the product.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying the postage cost of returning an item to us and for any duty if you are returning an item from overseas. You are responsible for the return until we receive it and acknowledge receipt. We cannot accept liability for a return lost or damaged in transit, so it's best to use a tracked service or request proof of postage just in case.
Sale and/or opened items cannot be returned or refunded.
